RB2B.PL ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Regulations define the rules for using the RB2B.PL online store available at www.rb2b.pl
2. The owner and administrator of the store is INSTA SP. Z OO with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Instalatorów 23, 02-237 Warsaw, NIP: PL5223133060, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"
3. The store sells cosmetic products exclusively to entrepreneurs and state organizations.
4. Sales take place only in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§ 2. DEFINITIONS

1. Customer - an entrepreneur within the meaning of Article 43¹ of the Civil Code or an organizational unit that is not an entrepreneur but which is granted legal capacity by law, including state organizations
2. Business account - verified customer account in the online store
3. Order - Customer's declaration of intent submitted via the order form
4. Sales Agreement - sales agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer

§ 3. TERMS OF USE OF THE STORE

1. The store is intended exclusively for:
   • Entrepreneurs entered in the register of entrepreneurs
   • Local government units
   • State institutions and state organizations
   • Other entities conducting business activities
2. The condition for placing an order is:
   • Having a verified business account
   • Providing correct company/organization details
   • Acceptance of these Regulations
3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to provide services to Customers who:
   • They do not meet the conditions specified in point 1
   • They provided false data
   • They violated the provisions of the Regulations

§ 4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION

1. Account registration requires the following information:
   • Company/organization name
   • NIP or REGON
   • Headquarters address
   • Details of the person representing the company/organization
   • Email address and phone number
2. Account verification takes place within 2 business days of submitting the required documents:
   • An extract from the National Court Register (KRS)/Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) or another document confirming the conduct of business activity
   • For state organizations - a document confirming the status
3. The seller may request additional documents confirming the authorization to represent the entity

§ 5. PLACING ORDERS

1. Orders can only be placed after logging in to a verified business account.
2. The ordering process includes:
   • Select products and add to cart
   • Choosing a delivery and payment method
   • Order confirmation
3. The order is accepted for execution after:
   • Receiving confirmation from the Seller
   • Payment received (in case of payment in advance)

§ 6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

1. All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. Available payment methods:
   • Traditional transfer
   • Electronic payments
   • Card payments
   • Cash on delivery (if available)
3. The seller issues VAT invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. The entity providing online payment services is mElements SA

§ 7. DELIVERY

1. Delivery is only available within Poland.
2. Order processing time: 2-14 business days
3. Shipping costs are determined before finalizing the order.
4. Free delivery for orders over the amount specified in the store
5. The order processing time is counted from the moment of positive payment authorization, if payment was selected or imposed via a payment gateway or a generated payment link.

§ 8. COMPLAINTS

1. The Seller is liable to the Customer for defects in the goods under the warranty provisions.
2. Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address provided in the store or in writing.
3. The seller considers complaints within 14 days

§ 9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The personal data administrator is INSTA SP. Z OO
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR
3. Details of data processing are specified in the Privacy Policy.

§ 10. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations with 30 days' notice
4. The Regulations come into force on the date of their publication in the store.
